The router is a hardware device in a computer network that serves to connect two or more networks that have the same protocol. so by using our router can connect two IP addresses that have different hosts. for example, we can connect the IP address 192.168.1.2 to the IP address 192.169.10.1.Router role for the network medium scale up because it is used to divide the network. The router has several types, including:

• Router Hardware, and
• router PC
