Definition and functions of computer equipment output - Output Device
Output Device or the output device is a tool that serves to produce the information obtained from the processing so that it can be accepted by the computer user. The output of the computer is classified into four forms, namely, writing (symbols, numbers and letters), image (in picture), sound and video. Output is given by the user to the computer there are several kinds of softcopy form, the hard copy and the drive device, so that it can be information that can be interpreted by humans. Soft copy is output in the form of text, or images in the form of an electronic signal, hardcopy is output in the form of text, images and others are palpable human, while the drive is an output device that simply recording and can only be read by a magnetic tape.
Examples of equipment Output:
- Printer, an output device that serves to provide information in the form of text or images that are in the paper.
- Monitor, a computer output in the form of pictures and video
- Projector, an output device that has the same function with the monitor.
- Sound, is a computer in the form of sound output, so that it can be heard by humans
- And other components that can provide information from the computer.
